1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- You have completed less than 20% of the course
- The course content is significantly different from what was described
- There is a technical issue that prevents access and we are unable to resolve it
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
- You have completed more than 20% of the course
- You have downloaded course materials or templates
- The refund request is for a change of mind after significant course access
- The purchase was made during a promotional or discounted sale
3. Free Resources & Templates
Free resources and templates are not eligible for refunds as they are provided at no cost.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Subject line: "Refund Request — [Course Name] — [Order ID]"
- Include your registered email and reason for refund
We will review your request within 3 business days.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days
Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
